Presenting, publishing and partnering with like-hearted colleagues has kept me passionate about my nursing career for almost 30 years. Helping other nurses to present and publish, I see how their excitement for their jobs, their colleagues and their work lives is renewed. Zest like this keeps good nurses in nursing and attracts the best and the brightest into the profession.

That's why I created KTH Consulting in 2004. An educator-turned-consultant, I help nursing groups boost their zest by turning their everyday practice into presentations, publications and partnerships. My services include keynotes, workshops & consultations.
